I diluted the liquid electrical tape with some xylene to make it easier to paint I covered the 4 corners and most of the rear-side It seems to have solve the issue, loading some Aviphot in camera and will play with it tomorrow. I spent a lot of time getting the super solinete working, focus, shutter and RF are OK now. BUT the bellows is a sieve, and got me to the point of frustration.
Small pieces of gaffers tape might be a good idea, but I don;t have the ability of working on it.

The whole lens assembly moves for focusing, not just the front element, and it doesn't rotate. Besides the 3 set screws of the focusing ring, there is one more for setting infinity that helps with assembly and keep the lens colimated. I managed to clean the gear that cocks the shutter enough for it ...
