Re: This Old Farm

Nice ones, William. I wish I had an old silo to convert into an observatory.

Nope - the edge of the window crept in from how I was parked. I actually kind of liked the effect so I didn't crop it out.

Re: Leica M 240

Good to "see" you again, William. We'll all have to get reacquainted. I've been considering an M240 myself, but have other options to consider. I like the blue covering you chose for yours.

Re: IR Cornfield

Yeah, dunno PF. On my phone, the image now shows as under someone named "Jack". As in, Jack's photo. On my computer it's still mine. Not sure if I suspect it got hijacked or if my phone app is wonky. I have the negative, so whatever, but that might have something to do with the missing photo on the...

He's the reason I eventually got a Barnack body Leica, and the Summitar lens. Farewell, Les...

Re: A trip to Cornwall

I highly recommend everyone seeing the whole series on FLickr, they are wonderful. Reminds me of my short time spent in Weymouth, and along the Portland Bill, Graham.

Re: IR Cornfield

For some reason, Scott, your first photo doesn't show up in this post anymore, but the title link is still there so I clicked on that to see the image. Don't know why I didn't see it on Flickr at the time, but I'll be going through my feed sometimes and the images displayed will change after I've lo...

Re: M42 mount variations

Sorry for getting back to this so late, Graham, but you have it figured out. It didn't take long before the nice folks at Zenit realized what a mess they created by recycling the LTM thread for an SLR mount.
